Pain and muscle damage are common in early days of training in sports area.
Extra targeted efforts are normal, before any competitive events. These compulsory practices beyond our routine will create stress and strain in body.
Pains and aches create discomfort and hindrance to the extra effort in both the situations.
Application of Pranathi is highly effective to supportive for the extra effort.
The view of Ayurveda:
since sportsmen work out too hard, their muscle become stiff and painful, and in long run due to over exercise vata will aggravate and leads to many vata related diseases, here when we apply Pranathi oil before exercise it will increase muscle breath and will not allow to vata accumulation due to over exersion.Muscle will get relaxed due to proper muscle breath.
How to Use?
This Is an external application we can use only in targeted areas or the whole body. Depending on your specialization consult your trainer /physician /physiotherapist to decide the targeted area for application.
General application instructions:
Mild application in body / muscles followed by mild exercise to get stretching to the muscles. After 10 or 15 minutes (the stage of tempt to sweat), take a warm water bath.
If it is for an athlete, it can be used any time of the day, before or after the work out in a two hours gap. If not an athlete, Pranathi is suitable for application before your work out, jogging, walking or any routine exercise in general muscle toning support.
Exclusions / inclusion:
Avoid taking bath in very hot water after the Pranathi application.
Heavy exercise is not recommended with the application of Pranathi.
Duration of Pranathi application is 10 to 15 minutes only.
